Railway Tickets: Often whenever you travel in a train, your ticket is checked. When you keep traveling in the train, a railway employee checks your ticket, which many people call TC or many people call TTE. You would think that TTE and TC are the same thing, so no one even pays attention to it, but it is not so. Actually, these two are different posts and the work of the person appointed on them is also different.
Although the job of both is to check tickets, but there is a difference in that too. Now the question is what is the difference between the two, then let us know the answer to this question and this special thing related to their work…
What is TC?
Please tell that the work of TTE and TC is almost the same. Both TC and TTE check tickets, but their work area is different. The way TTE checks tickets during the journey in the train, the same way they check tickets on TC platform. Their work is mostly to check tickets on the ground. For example, many times they are found checking tickets on the platform, while many times they check tickets standing at the gate.
What is TTE?
The railway employees who check the tickets of the passengers during the journey in the train are called TTE. TTE’s work is to check tickets, see ID, whether the passengers have got the seat or not or whether the passengers have any problem etc. In short, let’s see their management during the journey in TTE train. It is during the journey of TTE.
Why can’t TTE check tickets after 10 pm?
Many times TTE wakes you up late at night and asks you to show ticket or ID. Let us tell you, according to the rules, even TTE cannot disturb you after 10 pm. TTE can check tickets only between 6 am to 10 pm and this guideline has been given by the Railway Board. In this time, the tickets of those people can be checked, who have started the journey from any station in that time.
